The Ministerial Residency is an additional program that we are adding to meet the need for pastors who understand this specialized ministry context. Here are the major differences between the two programs:

This practical course goes over how to find interests, give Bible studies, and gain baptismal decisions. It provides principles for campus evangelism and equips leaders to reach out to public university students in an effective manner by building their confidence in relating to the secular mind. In this course students learn the basics of a leadership and missionary service.
Small Group Ministry Intensive Lab
CARE Group Ministry is one of the most effective ministries in the public campus context. Gateway Seventh-day Adventist Centre has streamlined this small group ministry model. This course enables interns to lead and help out in small group settings by encouraging interactive Bible, gaining trust through fruitful relationships, and building community within the context of the local Seventh-day Adventist Church.
